The Fantech wireless mouse does not need any driver installation. Simply connect the USB receiver to the PC and the mouse is ready to work.

Fantech gaming headphones don't need any driver installation. Just plug them in and they're ready to use.

The Fantech X series programmable mouse has the driver installation disk and this disk can be found in the box. Install on the computer and you are ready!

Fantech has classified its gaming mice into five groups:
Series V: Wireless;
Series G: 4D / 6D Entry Level Gaming Mouse;
Series V: 6D intermediate level of gaming mouse;
Z Series: 7D higher level gaming mouse;
X Series: 7D / 8D ProPhase Macro Programmable Gaming Mouse

Red switches feature a linear and smooth keystroke, quiet and soft.

Blue switches provide strong tactile feedback, rhythmic and clicking.

Brown switches are both blue and red, little tactile and not as clicky.

A converter or adapter is needed to make the keyboard and mouse work with NS, XBOX, PS4 and other platforms except PC.

All switches are hot-swappable. We do not recommend substituting switches from other brands because some problems in switching switches can cause a keyboard to fail.

yes it is available You can edit it by using the macro function in the software, edit the delay time with your ideal thought.

We recommend that you do not wash the keyboard with soaked or running water, but simply use cloths to wipe the motherboard and switches (make sure the keyboard is dry before using it again).

The keyboard/mouse is compatible with Mac, but the software cannot run on Mac system. Any backlight and macro settings profile can be applied for use on Mac once edited and saved on PC.

Before you start setting the macro, first change the computer input method to English layout. Remember to choose the "AmerEnglish-international" version. After you've finished setting and saving the macros, switch back to the computer input method.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please do the following:

1) Contact our customer service via email support@fantech.at

2) Provide the photos along with a description of the damaged or incorrect items and your order number for the items in question. Once we have received your email and assessed the damage, we will contact you to determine the required result.

Please note that all damaged, defective and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

If you wish to cancel the order, please send us your order number and the reason why you no longer need the item by email to support@fantech.at as soon as possible. We only process inquiries on working days.

Please remember that we cannot cancel your order once it has been dispatched. If you do not want to keep the product, even if it has been shipped, you can return it to our warehouse upon receipt at your own expense.

We can only refund your order once we have received the product.

Replacement deliveries are treated in the same way as new orders - they usually arrive within 7 to 14 days. If a product needs to be returned for an exchange, the replacement will be sent upon receipt of the returned item.

It may take 1 to 2 weeks for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received and verified (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is requested for it to be credited to your account.

Dear customers, due to the global situation and the emergency situation in our country, the delivery time may be longer than 48 hours.
We and the courier companies make every effort to ensure that the shipments are delivered on time, but we ask for your understanding if the delivery takes a little longer.

We send the shipments on working days.
All orders that we receive by 3 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day. They are usually delivered within 48 hours.
Courier services are responsible for delivery.
Items received between 3pm Friday and 3pm Monday will be dispatched on Monday.
